Julie Kelley
Julie Kelley joined WEICHERT, REALTORS® McKenna & Vane in December 2011 and has been consistently recognized for her excellence in real estate. She was named Mid-Atlantic Weichert Affiliates “Rookie of the Year” in 2012, became a Howard County Million Dollar Club member in 2013, and received the Howard County Association of REALTORS® “Rookie of the Year” award in 2014.
Julie holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication. She is an active member of the Howard County Association of REALTORS® (HCAR), serving on the Board of Directors from 2014–2019 and again in 2026. She has also contributed to several HCAR committees, including the Young Professionals Network, Community Outreach, Rookie, and Education Committees.
A graduate of the Maryland REALTORS® Leadership Academy (2016), Julie served as President of the Howard County Million Dollar Club in 2018–2019 and will serve as its Vice President for 2026–2027. She has served on the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Howard County Board since 2022 and was elected President for 2025. Julie is also a consistent WREA award winner and holds MVP Elite status with WEICHERT, REALTORS® McKenna & Vane.
